Awareness and thinking

Awareness is the alert seeing of all that is present.
Awareness is the presence of seeing.
Awareness is the complete experience of the present moment.
Awareness is all-encompassing.

Thinking is often simply a personal interpretation of whatever one happens to be focusing upon.
Thoughts are temporary movements arising out of, and subsiding into, the limitless field of awareness.
You cannot think yourself into awareness.
If you try, then all you are doing is engaging with some concept about awareness, not the experience itself.

As awareness, however, thoughts that are wise, constructive, creative and life giving naturally arise.

“Sometimes I sits and thinks, and sometimes I just sits…” ?
